Kaycee is the counselor at Flagstaff Birth Collective. She provides therapy for maternal mental health during the prenatal and postpartum periods, and ongoing therapy following these times.

Kaycee graduated from NAU in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from ASU in 2016. Her background includes experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings.
She has provided therapy to individuals with diverse backgrounds and mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders and PTSD. Kaycee specializes in perinatal disorders, neurodivergence, and general mental health.

Out of pocket cost is 130.00 per 50 minute therapy session.

Kaycee is established in the Flagstaff community and mother of three.
She believes that talk therapy should be a comfortable, non-judgmental experience centered on each individual's specific needs.

Perinatal mental health support

A one-on-one session focused on your unique mental health journey and needs. Can be provided via telehealth or in person at the Birth Collective office.

Couples counseling allows couples to discuss relationship issues, enhance communication, and boost intimacy. Tools are offered to enhance your partnership and build a fulfilling future together.

Family counseling focuses on the family as a unit to improve communication and relationships. Therapy helps families develop conflict resolution skills and identifying core emotions. Together, we create a safe environment for healing and growth, aiding in overcoming challenges and strengthening family connections.

Kaycee periodically runs a 6-week dedicated therapy group offering postpartum mental health support for mothers and parents. This group fosters connection among new mothers navigating this life transition, providing a secure environment to address challenges encountered during the first postpartum year.
